Check out my letter to the editor in the September 2006 issue of Runner's World, page 20. Today on our beach run, Katie and I spotted a pod of dolphins. That was a treat! We also found a complete starfish. Planting water worked much better than the Camelbak. I'll do that on my long runs, from now on.
