Workout for 9th Q, Week 2

Mon:
- 8 min treadmill
- 1 hour running suicides on the basketball court alt. jumping jacks alt. squats and lunges

Tues:
OFF

Wed:
- 25 min dreadmill for 2.6 miles (9:40 min pace)
- 15 min stationary bike
- 20 min Precor elliptical
- 2 min rowing machine

Thurs:
- 90 minutes of tennis (squats, cuts, sprints)

Fri:
- 7.5 miles for 90 minutes on Daytona Beach


Sat:
OFF

Sun:
OFF

yeah almost in my 6th tri at parker and its just as bad as us... 40 hours of school and clinic with every staff doc telling you different ways of getting the job done with no 2 ways being alike... they stress health but try to kill us in school hah! yeah keep exercising get rid of all the stress!
