Weekly workout review
Monday:
4 x laps around the soccer complex
6 x field length sprints
2 x high knees & butt kicks
1 x grapevines
1 x lunges and squats
Tuesday:
1.5 mile run quick tempo
Wednesday:
2.2 miles on dreadmill
1 mile on elliptical trainer
Thursday:
1 hr and 15 minutes of tennis (workout & a game!)
volleying
serve practice
lots of running and squats
Friday:
Beach run!
40 min from castle house to the jetties vehicle entrance
7-8 mile run -- really low on fuel on the way back, need to bring gu or something next week!
