30+ min run on road, trails, and beach
Post workout cool down body surfing and playing in the very rough waves (no shark sitings thanks to the cloudy water)
Monday: workout with Katie M

50 min swim
- 2 x 100 buoy
- 4 x 25 kick (free, breast, dolphin, back)
- 2 min tread water (last 30 seconds hands-free)
- 2 x 50 breast
- 4 x 50 free every 1:15
- 2 x 50 breast
- 6 x 50 free / breast / fly alt
- 2 x 50 free / breast
- 1x 50 side
