Run

Ran 25:41 in an alternating pace that began slow, progressed to a fast, smooth glide. Then, it stuttered to a slog and then ended with an effortless, fast-paced, run. I have no idea what the distance was, but it just felt good to run. My hams were a little tight afterward, but they've loosened up since then. Tomorrow is grass-work and sprint day. Yay!
