1.5 Runs

Yesterday, Ran 1.5 in 13:58. Not a great time, but one of my better times in awhile. I always forget to start my dang chronograph! I was cramping early on, so I ran at least 1/4 mile backwards to deal with it--by the end of my run, I was flying!

Today, ran 1.5 with Steve. Felt strong the entire run. Steady course at a semi-fast clip.

I need to do a long run once a week, but stick to the 1.5s and just get FASTER. I plan on
doing speed work on the grass every Wednesday with Katie M. Long beach runs on Thursdays with Katie B.
