Monday run
Ran from parking lot to library - from library to parked truck. Ran 2 miles (4 laps) around the city center pond. Ran hill sprints at the amphitheater. All in all, at least 2.5 miles including some speed work and tricep dips. Ah yeah. I overdipped on Saturday and am a little sore as a result. The only way to flush it out? More dips. Sweet!
