Blizzard

Just when I thought it couldn't get piled higher . . .it does. I tire of being surrounded by a sea of cowards who avoid going directly to the person they have a concern about, and instead raise the issue up the hierarchy of the food chain. Why do people even try to maintain some sort of facade that they like to uphold ethics and open lines of communication when their actions negate everything they claim to uphold?
