The World's Most Perfect Sandwich

Thursday night, Steve and I rented the movie Spanglish with Adam Sandler and Tea Leoni. We loved it: funny, dramatic, great story line . . . perfect way to wind down a tough week. The coolest part of the DVD was a cooking demo that described how to make the world's most perfect late night sandwich which played a great prop role in the film. Steve was inspired to recreate this fancy B.L.T. sandwich for dinner this weekend. So, we went out in search of ingredients on Saturday and had a fun time in the kitchen building sandwiches. It was delicious!
