Valentine's Day Dinner at Le Cellier
We celebrated Valentine's Day on the 12th since it fell on a weekend. We chose to dine at the ever popular Le Cellier steakhouse in the Canadian pavillion at Epcot. Steve savored his ribeye while I dove in to a lush prime rib. The chocolate club cake was divine, and Steve gulped down his strawberry funnel cake with balsamic ice cream--that was a top notch dessert. I also highly recommend the Moosehead beer-cheddar soup appetizer. It was so scrumptious, that I looked up the recipe on-line and created it at home!
